Removal requests

If you represent an employer or ATS operator and would like FinInterns to stop fetching your careers pages or remove specific postings from the board, email support@fininterns.com. We honor written removal requests within 48 hours.

How to submit a request

Send an email from any address associated with the employer or ATS. You do not need to explain why. A single line naming the company (or a specific posting URL) is enough. If you can send from a domain-matching address, that helps us verify quickly; otherwise we may reply asking for confirmation.

What we do after a request

The affected employer is flagged so future scrape runs skip it entirely. Any existing postings from that employer are deactivated on the board within the next scheduled run (typically under 12 hours). Every request is logged with the timestamp and requesting entity for our own audit trail.

What this page is not for

Privacy questions, unsubscribe requests, or general product feedback should go to support@fininterns.com with a subject line that reflects the topic. Broken listings on the board should be reported using the report button on each row; those take a different path and are typically resolved automatically.
